To develop consensus on a set of select neonatal indicators that can supplement Sphere ‘health action in crisis’ indicators for use in humanitarian response evaluation and to assess the status of an affected population. These set of indicators could also be used as proxy to measure the burden of neonatal mortality in humanitarian settings
