The International Confederation of Midwives, together with Laerdal Global Health, have set an objective to train, equip, monitor and support 10,000 birth attendants in collaboration with the midwives’ associations of Malawi and Zambia. The goal is to help save 10,000 more lives at birth by end 2016.
