Elizabeth Romanoff Silva

Elizabeth Romanoff Silva is currently a consultant to the Girl Initiative for Results and Learning(GIRL) Project at Save the Children. Previously, she was the Knowledge Management and Communications Coordinator for Save the Children's Saving Newborn Lives (SNL) program. She holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in World Cultures and Languages.
