Come together with global community health implementers, academics, advocates, and donors next month at the Fall 2016 Global Health Practitioner Conference (October 13 – 14, 2016 in Washington, DC).

Through the theme of Community Health Transitions: Leading for Impact, we will highlight the variety of transitions seen in the field and the opportunities and challenges they present. Join us to discuss emerging challenges and gaps in community health, and explore tools and interventions to address them through skill building, networking, and program learning.

Emanuele Capobianco, Deputy Executive Director of PMNCH, will launch the conference as the Keynote Speaker, and other presenters represent a range including USAID, UNICEF, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, World Bank, Save the Children, CARE, FHI 360, International Medical Corps, Johns Hopkins University, Duke University, and many more.
