The International Conference on Group B Strep (ICGBS) is a virtual collaboration of health care professionals, researchers, families, and other interested individuals working towards minimizing the burden of perinatal GBS disease.
Presentations include, among other themes:
- Fetal Membrane Defenses against GBS Infection by Ryan Doster, MD, PhD
- Group B Streptococcus in Breastmilk by Kirsty Le Doare, MD, PhD
- Timely Recognition and Prevention of Late Onset GBS Sepsis by Ozlem Equils, MD, FAAP
Everyone with an interest in group B strep disease is welcomed. All you need to attend is an internet-enabled computer or mobile device. Presentations will be in video and poster format to allow for ease of viewing across multiple time zones. Presentations will be grouped together by topic and uploaded daily.
As a registered attendee, you will be able to post questions and comments on each presentation to facilitate an ongoing dialogue with the presenter and other attendees. A link and password to access the conference will be emailed to you at the start of the event.
