Chelsea Cooper

Chelsea Cooper serves as Social & Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) Advisor for the Maternal and Child Health Integrated Program (MCHIP) Family Planning team, where she has worked since 2010.  Her areas of expertise include social and behavior change, community health, and postpartum family planning. Within her role at MCHIP, she provides technical support for demonstration projects/studies focused on integrated service delivery in Liberia, Kenya, Tanzania, Bangladesh, Egypt, Yemen and India. Prior to joining MCHIP, she worked with the American Refugee Committee where she managed the USAID-funded participatory communication program “Through Our Eyes” and provided SBCC technical support for ARC’s reproductive health and gender-based violence programs.
