Lydia Schmeltzer

Lydia joined the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in 2008. She is a Program Coordinator (PC) on the Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) team in Global Development. She transitioned to MNCH after spending over two years as the PC for USP Advocacy (USPA). Prior to joining the USPA team, she was a Grants Inquiry Administrator at the foundation where she produced internal and external communications and managed cross-foundation projects. Lydia is a graduate of Augsburg College, where she earned a B.A. in English with an emphasis in writing.
