Nancy Caiola is the Director for Global Programs for Jhpiego. Ms. Nancy Caiola is a public health professional with 30 years of international and domestic experience in implementation of global, national and state - level public health programs. She joined Jhpiego in 1999 and has managed global and bilateral programs at headquarters and in the field.  Ms Caiola spent 14 years working in the field in six different countries including Thailand, Kenya, Swaziland, Niger, Egypt and Indonesia. As Director of Global Programs for Jhpiego, she oversees implementation of programs in over 50 countries.  Ms Caiola’s academic preparation (MPH) focusing on health policy and management and her extensive field experience contribute to her seasoned approach to management of field programs. Prior to joining Jhpiego, Ms Caiola worked internationally with the International Rescue Committee and CARE.  She also worked domestically serving as Executive Director of the Wyoming Health Reform Commission and Executive Director of Wyoming Health Resources Network, a nonprofit corporation focusing on recruitment and retention of health professionals in rural and frontier communities.
