The 7 paper supplement in Health Policy and Planning entitled “A decade of change for newborn survival, policy and programmes (2000-2010): A multi-country evaluation of progress towards scale” was produced by Save the Children’s Saving Newborn Lives program in collaboration with over 150 contributors, mainly in-country partners. The supplement presents a comprehensive multi-country analyis of the changes in newborn care and survival from 2000-2010 and 5 detailed country case studies in order to better understand the process of taking solutions to scale and how to accelerate progress for reduction of mortality and morbidity.

This set of fact cards complements the supplement papers, summarizing key messages and data for use in countries and globally.
