Campaigning in Nepal

This new video highlights Save the Children’s Every One campaign to reduce child mortality in Nepal.

Nepal has seen a 54% decline of under five mortality in the last 15 years, but 1 in 19 children still die before they reach the age of five. We have organised large events to educate the public on the issues of child and maternal mortality and to influence the government’s policy decisions. Watch this video to find out more. This year, we are using the Kora Cycling Challenge to fundraise for a new birthing centre in a remote part of the country, to prevent mothers from travelling over 50km to give birth to their babies.
