This presentation, given at the Every Newborn Action Plan West and Central Africa Regional Consultation meeting in Dakar, Senegal, outlines the Every Newborn Bottleneck Analysis Tool.
This tool is designed to help newborn health professionals identify where in the health systems bottlenecks are occuring that are adversly impacting better outcomes for newborn babies.
