The country consultations seek to provide an opportunity to engage key stakeholders in participatory discussions around the global action plan, and
stimulate national dialogue to promote coordinated efforts among key country stakeholders to identify what needs to happen to scale-up evidenced based interventions to address preventable newborn deaths.
