On April 7th, 2022 the Care of the Small and Sick Newborn CoP hosted a webinar introducing the African Neonatal Association (ANA). During the session representatives from the association provided an overview of the formation of the ANA, the objectives of the group, its constitution and structure. The speakers also discussed the current and planned projects of each committee within the association with a spotlight on the collaboration with Vermont-Oxford Neonatal Network (VON) and focusing on improving data systems and integrated QI packages.
