Since 1993 she has worked internationally—most often with MSF/Doctors Without Borders—in conflict and post-conflict settings in Asia and Africa. She brings broad clinical expertise, rare frontline experience, a knack for distilling “need to know” information from complex concepts, and a deep commitment to raising the learning bar for health workers. Deb received her Nurse Practitioner (MSN) degree from Yale in 1986 and her Master of Public Health (MPH) from Harvard in 1993.
