The Prenatal Infection Prevention Symposium (PIPS) is a virtual collaboration of healthcare professionals, researchers, families, and other interested individuals working towards minimizing the burden of miscarriages, stillbirths, preterm births and babies sick at birth due to prenatal infection. Key theme areas areas are:

• Pathways of infection
• Prevention through healthy behaviors
• Parent support

We welcome everyone with an interest in prenatal health, as your contribution is valued. All you need to attend is an internet-enabled computer or mobile device. Presentations will be uploaded daily throughout the symposium. Presentations will be in video and poster format to allow for ease of viewing across multiple time zones, so you may view at your convenience. As a registered attendee, you will be able to post questions and comments on each presentation to facilitate an ongoing dialogue with the presenter and other attendees.

CME credit will be available for physicians and midwives. For more information and to register free of charge, please visit gbsi.me/PIPS.

Share your successes, challenges, or observations about prenatal infection in your community or in your field of study through a short, informal video (under 5 minutes). Submit your videos here to be shared during the symposium. (Please note that these videos will be available for our website viewers after the symposium concludes.)
