View Resource View Resource

This brief presents findings from a comprehensive review of evidence on the impact of newborn health interventions in less developed countries and offers compelling support for using research as a tool for identifying the most effective measures for saving newborn lives.  The review, supported by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Save the Children’s Saving Newborn Lives (SNL) initiative, was designed to provide a solid foundation for the development of policies, programs, and research studies related to newborn health.
